If you are participating in one or all of the health clinics offered at the Puppy Picnic, you can now PREPAY here on the club's website using our secure store. Heart & eye clinics are $55 per cavalier. The remaining clinics are various prices as listed below.
A convenience fee of $5.00 per clinic transaction will be applied to online prepayments to cover the cost of Paypal's processing fee.You can also prepay via completing the Health Clinic form and submitting that form and check payment to our club treasurer. Cut off for check mailing is Feb 13, 2027 to ensure that payment is received. Click HERE to download the Health Clinic Payment form.Once you have prepaid, we will have a listing of those who have prepaid at the Health Clinic / Registration table and you must check in first prior to visiting with the doctors.
Non Cavalier breeds registering will be provided a reserved check in time once their payment is received.
If you are paying at the Picnic, we accept CASH or Check. Checks made payable to: CKCSCGA. You can register and pay for the health clinics at the Registration table at the Picnic.
